“Tequila” highlights Ally Brooke’s trademark story-telling, this time, encouraging women to make amends and stay loyal to their truth
The loves of the past must be left behind and global pop music star, Ally Brooke, brings us “Tequila”, a new Spanish track that encourages women after a break-up to stay true to themselves and move forward without hesitation. The new female anthem is officially Brooke’s third Spanish release under AMSI Entertainment and is available NOW on all digital platforms.
Written by Ally Brooke, alongside Frank Cruz, Eric Perez, Jacob Reynoso and Christian Rohena, Tequila talks about self love, reconnecting with yourself and doing what makes you happy without no one’s approval. «This song is very special to me since it’s bringing me back to my Mexican roots. I am so happy to bring a song that embraces women empowerment and advocates the idea of never stop dreaming, work hard towards your dream and soon it will become your reality,» expressed Ally Brooke.
Directed by Jasper Soloff, the story behind the music video showcases the beauty and power of women, with a dash of spice. In the video, we see Ally’s transformation from being a bartender to living her dream life, performing on stage, singing and dancing to her favorite music with her best friends.
Aside from her most recent Spanish single releases, Ally Brooke will make her film debut in “High Expectations” on April 7 in the U. S. The film is an inspirational story about the goals we set for ourselves and how we can realize those dreams despite many setbacks, and stars Kelsey Grammer. The one-night only premiere event is set to hit 850 theaters across the U.S., and will feature Brooke weaving her vocal talent into her role as Sophia, Jack’s inspirational ex-girlfriend. Brooke also performs the title-track of the movie, which is now available via her official YouTube channel HERE.
In 2021, she made history by becoming the first female artist to sign to Duars Entertainment (management) and AMSI Entertainment (label), and served up her Spanish-Language debut single “Mi Música”, kicking off what promises to be her biggest and boldest chapter yet.
