Miguelángel García Gómez was one of the artists nominated in the Best Professional Make-up Artist of the Year category, who was the winner of the sought-after Tacarigua de Oro. The renowned stylist originally from Valencia, Venezuela, has been the recipient of important recognitions in his native land as a teacher and make-up artist of high hairdressing. It is valid to highlight her participation in important beauty contests such as Miss Venezuela in different states: Miss Trujillo, Miss Carabobo, Miss Cojedes, Miss Guárico, Miss Miranda, Miss Apure, Miss Bolívar, Miss Delta Amacuro, Miss Anzoátegui, Miss Zulia, Miss Portuguese, Miss Sucre, among others.

The Tacarigua de Oro awarded in Miami joins the list of recognitions that Miguelángel has received in his professional career. He has been the recipient of important decorations such as «Order of the City of Valencia», «Button of Honor Samán de Naguanagua» in recognition of high citizen merits. Also in his work stands out having been a stylist and make-up artist for Sábado Sensacional, one of the highest rated programs on Venezuelan television.

Miguelángel has made a great leap from Valencia to Miami, unleashing himself as one of the most renowned stylists in the Capital of the Sun and in an interview for AV Magazine he answered the following questions:

Which celebrities has he done makeup on since his arrival in Miami?

I have worked with international personalities, different beauty queens, among them Angela Ponce, winner of the Miss Spain Universe 2018.

How does he feel after being recognized with the Tacarigua de Oro?

I am very happy for the recognition received for my work as a stylist. It is what I love to do the most and I feel very fortunate for the support and merits I have received since I arrived in the United States.

Tell us about your new projects for 2021?

For this year, the main project will be the launch of my own set of makeup brushes in a special edition for my gold 50 ‘. Very soon we will be informing you about this launch.
