More than 400 Mexican Artisans Continue Working due to a «SPECIAL EDITION» Run of GLORIA TREVI Face Masks
Latin music icon and the highest grossing female Latin artist in the U.S. and Latin America, Gloria Trevi, partners with Mexican artisans to launch a new line of face masks, «Gloria Trevi Special Edition», produced by the popular handcrafts company México Artesanal. With a creativity that distinguishes her, the Mexican singer-songwriter made the exclusive designs that are representative 7 of her most emblematic songs. This initiative not only employed hundreds of artisans but part of the proceeds will go to her non-profit foundation ANA DALAI.
As a result of the global pandemic, thousands of Mexican artisans were faced with unemployment, leaving them without the means to sustain themselves and their families economically. The partnership which was initiated by México Artesanal‘s José Luis and Diana Solorzano, provided work to almost 400 workers.
México Artesanal is a Mexican hands craft company dedicated to celebrating Aztec culture, and crafts are representative of the states of Chiapas and Oaxaca, Guanajuato, Jalisco, Michoacán, Hidalgo, Chihuahua, State of Mexico and soon of all 32 states. México Artesanal and its founders, José Luis and his daughter Diana Solorzano gave «thanks for supporting and taking a step forward when our people need it most. Gloria Trevi has been our Guardian Angel,” expressed the founders.
