Natti Natasha earns 7 nominations for Premio Lo Nuestro 2022

The Dominican star is nominated for “Urban Female Artist of the Year”, “Urban Album of the Year” for Nattividad, “Remix Of The Year”, «Collaboration of the Year- Urban» and “Urban Song of the Year» for “Ayer Me Llamó Mi Ex Remix” [KHEA, Prince Royce ft. Lenny Santos], «The Perfect Mix of the Year» and «Urban Pop Song of the Year» for “Antes Que Salga El Sol” [feat. Prince Royce].

Today, nominees for the 34th edition of Premio Lo Nuestro were announced, and as expected, global female recording artist Natti Natasha was honored with 7 nominations. The award ceremony will take place Thursday, February 24, 2022 at the FTX Arena in Miami and will be broadcast on Univision.

As one of the most nominated female artists this year, Natti Natasha, received 7 nominations, including “Female Artist of the Year- Urban”, “Remix of the Year”, “Song of the Year- Urban” and “Collaboration of the Year- Urban” for “Ayer Me Llamó Mi Ex Remix” [KHEA, Prince Royce feat. Lenny Santos], “The Perfect Mix of the Year” and “Song of the Year- Pop-Urban” for “Antes Que Salga El Sol” [feat. Prince Royce] and “Album of the Year- Urban” for “NattiVidad”.

Her sophomore album “NattiVidad” not only received critical acclaim, but prior to its released had amassed over a billion streams. The album debuted at #1 on Amazon Music and iTunes in the U.S. and became the most listened to Spanish album on Spotify’s “Global Album Debuts” chart in its first weekend. The album produced multiple #1 singles, including global smash hits “Ram Pam Pam” and “Las Nenas”.  The nominated single «Antes Que Salga El Sol» also peaked #1 on Billboard’s Latin Airplay and Latin Pop Airplay charts.

Most recently, Natti Natasha joined forces with K-Pop girl group MOMOLAND for the release of their anticipated new single “Yummy Yummy Love.” With this collaboration, the Dominican artist not only demonstrated her versatility singing in English but also helped set trends in the Asian market and on social media. Thus far, “Yummy Yummy Love” has surpassed 27 million views on YouTube.
