By popular demand, Jossef called “La Tóxica” to take the track to another level and you will definitely notice it from the beginning. Produced by Charlie Night City and Los Harmonicos, this new version of «X2» will captivate audiences with the power of these artists’ voices and the energy that each of them imprints on the track. Undoubtedly, Mariah Angeliq adds a sensual and dynamic touch to the song, as well as offering a woman’s perspective as she answer to Jossef through the lyrics.
“I felt like the remix had to include a woman and who better than Mariah? Working with her for the first time has been an incredible experience and I’m sure it won’t be the last. I think we managed to convey what the single represents,” expressed Jossef in regard to the collaboration.
The music video, directed by Abez Media, was filmed in various locations around Miami, including a rooftop of a historic venue overlooking the buildings of Downtown Miami. The video begins in a restaurant where the waitress and the client flirt with each other, while Jossef is at another table watching the scenario. With scenes showing the sensuality of «La Tóxica», as Mariah is known, and her complicity with Jossef, at the end of the video, the client meets the waitress at the end of her shift to enjoy the night.
